Fabric weaving thread(ingots)


After the fabric yarn thread meridians and curls form a weft tube, they are inserted into the fixed tooth holder of the knitting machine. 

The weft yarn tube is rotated along an 8-shaped track and interweaved with the traction yarn threads. Usually the number of ingots is even, the fabric thread is woven into a tube, the number of ingots is odd, and the fabric thread is woven into a flat piece. 

The ingot weaving process began to be applied in old China. The number of ingots varies from 9 to 100 ingots due to different equipment. 

The basic process of fabric weaving thread is: drift-dyeing-curling-weaving-cutting-packaging. 

Since 1960, many technical innovations have been made to the weaving machine, mainly the diameter of the peach plate has been enlarged, the automatic parking device for broken oak bars has been installed, and the iron ingot has been changed to nylon spindle. 

The improvement in these equipment has increased the speed to 160 to 190 revolutions per minute, doubled the stand rate, and greatly improved the quality of the product.

Fabric weaving thread is not only woven. A tubular band is a kind of braided rope, a rope or rope thread with a diameter of 1 to 4 mm, a rope with a diameter greater than 4 mm, and a cable with a diameter greater than 40 mm. Fabric knitting thread

The process was advanced and the variety of production was wide. 

It was particularly suitable for thin decorative fabrics such as lace, elastic thread belts, window yarn threads, and decorative thread bands. The basic process is: drift-dyeing-winding-weaving-ironing-packaging.

Before the 1970s, the fire protection fabric water pipe thread billet was woven with a loom, and the diameter of the pipe thread billet was deformed and the output was low. 

In the second half of 1974, the weaving industry organized the construction and development team of tubing billet weaving. 

According to the principle of knitting, the warp and latitude weaving was used, and the circular yarn thread was used to make use of the cylindrical and settlement arcs of the circular yarn during the formation process. The unintertwined warp yarn thread is connected with the weft yarn thread to form a whole. 

It has become a tubular knitted fabric lined thread with warp lining, and the production technology of plastic water pipes and high pressure fire water thread belts ranks first in the country.

Yiwu has advantages in terms of centralized import and export trade, raw materials, labor, and other aspects. The grades are also uneven.
